Billing Assistant





The role of the Billing Assistant (as well as other PMO Supportive personnel) is to support day-to-day operations of the PMO (Project Management Office) and ensure excellence and PMO administrative process adherence. This position is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Report projects performance against baseline metrics.

  • Manage Company’s Efficient Time system: create new users and projects, regularly check harmony leaves, monitor and audit approved timesheet, make monthly reports, support Program Managers when needed.

  • Check with Program Managers about billing, overtime and make invoice monthly.

  • Support day-today operations of the PMO.

  • Identify possible risks throughout the process and properly communicate to related superiors for solutions.

  • Study and share new knowledge, practice, tools and share for team members.

  • Take initiative in self-improvement for professional and personal excellence. 

  • Actively take part in Company activities to contribute building up Niteco's culture.

  • Other ad-hoc tasks if required.


  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business/Economics or Computer-related field.

  • Good English skills.

  • Experience in IT industry is a plus.

  • Experience in performing project assistance tasks or doing administrative ones.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office package (especially Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Personality: accountable and careful, knows how to exercise diplomacy and confidentiality; organized; responsible; energetic; driven and committed to high standard of work.

  • Proactive and take initiatives.

  • Great attention to details.
