JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Project Lead (DPL), reporting to the Practice Director, EMEA, is a direct client/partner contact position responsible for leading delivery of all contracted services across all aspects of a project. As the DPL, you will:

  • Manage the project lifecycle, from pre-sales and project planning to cost tracking and reporting. This requires collaboration with Niteco and partner agency architects, business analysts, project managers and sales.

  • Lead regular project meetings with partners and clients.

  • Ensure that contractual delivery and cost commitments are met.

  • Work closely with agency partners and product vendors, leveraging their skills and technical knowledge to develop, implement and lead a unified team and successful outcome.

  • Promote customer satisfaction through efficient and effective delivery of services, while proactively managing issues that could impact service delivery.

  • Understand the client’s business priorities as well as the unique skills and capabilities of our agency partners.

  • Develop and nurture excellent client relationship at the executive level, while supporting the Niteco sales team in pre-sales activities and in establishing the customer as a reference account.

  • Support Niteco sales to identify new business opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Eligible to work in the EU and able to travel occassionally to the USA and Canada.

  • Based in the UK or Western Europe.

  • Proficient in English

  • University level educated, with a minimum 5-10 years relevant business experience, preferable with a digital agency or platform vendor.

  • Experienced in managing deployment of projects encompassing CMS, eCommerce and marketing automation. Specific Episerver and Sitecore knowledge is desirable. 

  • Familiar with agile methodology and delivery and able to manage multi-disciplinary teams of: UX specialists, creative designers, developers, testers

  • Experienced in gathering clients’ requirements and delivering concise specifications for our development teams

  • Able to scope, plan and manage workflow across teams

  • Comfortable working independently and across time zones and cultures

  • An excellent problem solver, with the capacity to remain flexible in an agile environment

  • Strong attention to details.
