JOB DESCRIPTION:

 
  • Work with our Episerver programs to lead and mentor staff.

  • Help with creating and maintaining top-notch learning material.

  • Defining routines to ensure best possible quality.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and good practices between our teams.

  • Help with solution architecture and customer engagement for key customers and projects.

  • Code and do code and performance reviews for key solutions and reusable components.

  • Work with our team that develops base templates and shared components.

  • Work closely with the CTO, CEO and COO to grow the Episerver business and capabilities.

  • Participate in Episerver events worldwide, for instance, the different Episerver Ascend events.

  • Help sales and presales when pitching for new larger international clients.

  • Write blogs about our solutions and technical matters of interest.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience, as either a full stack or mainly backend developer.

  • Have worked with Episerver projects during at least 3 years in leading positions such as solution architect or tech lead.

  • Have a very strong knowledge of how Episerver works and also .NET in general.

  • Understands the role the frontend layer, with HMTL, CSS and JavaScript, plays in modern solutions.

  • Love to discuss and define best practice and reusable components.

  • Is comfortable doing presentations for larger groups.

  • Bonus
  • Experience from e-commerce in general and Episerver Commerce in particular.

  • Experience of Microsoft Azure.

  • Experience of Episerver DXC.

  • Understanding of product development, or building reusable components and templates.

  • You are an EMVP or aspire to become one.
