Growth Performance Marketing Manager
#Location: Ha Noi#
We're looking for a hands-on, result-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Manager who is an expert in building revenue, traffic and an audience using paid advertising methods. This can include Google/LinkedIn ads, email marketing and other types of paid campaigns. Youll be working closely with and potentially leading a team of Brand Executives, Content Strategists, SEO Specialists and Designers. There are 02 key conversion goals for Niteco (aka your KPIs): (1) gain clients using our service offerings and (2) gain more candidates applying to Niteco.
Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution, provide detailed reports of campaign performance, ROI, conversion patterns, etc.
Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
Collaborate with Conversion Rate Optimization team to guide A/B tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
Test new channels and trends
Lead and mentor a team to develop their individual growth and success.
5+ years of experience with or successful track record in growth & performance marketing, preferably in the technology field and in recruitment marketing
Demonstrable hands-on experience with the following: Google Ads, Video, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hubspot, MailChimp
Experience with building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
Fluent in English & confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders.
Four-year college degree required in Digital Marketing or related course of study
You have managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team
Strong knowledge of MarTech solutions as well as digital data analytics and programmatic platforms
