Recruitment Team Leader

We support and build global leading technical solutions for over 70 global brands including Electrolux Group, Heineken, Meat and Livestock Australia, Adairs, Panasonic, Wilson Security, Vintec, NZ Waste, DeLonghi, Grant Thornton and Hort Innovation.
To support Niteco’s growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader who boost the recruitment activities and provide sufficient and qualified resource for our branch office in Ho Chi Minh city.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Recruitment Team Leader together with the Recruitment team will actively

Lead and growth the team of technical recruiters to provide sufficient and qualified resource for business needs; Provide training, supports, technical knowledge, and an active working environment to the team members (approximate 20% effort);

Being the key contributor to the success of the team. Accomplish personal assigned target (approximate 65% effort). Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: Vietnamworks, TopCV, Linkedin, Facebook, Social network, etc.; Screen, interview to shortlist the qualified candidates for the right position and coordinate with hiring manager to arrange technical interview and follow up the offer;

Conduct market research related to competitors, potential candidates, technologies, etc; Build up industries network and HR network, and identify suitable channels for recruitment strategies to attract the qualified candidates;

Continuously expand the candidate database;

Continuously improve and implement effective recruitment process and tools;

Monitor headcount plan. Produce recruitment report as and when requested;

Keep abreast of technology trend and up-to-date recruitment techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENT
-
Having 4 years of recruiting experience at IT/ Software Company including a minimum of one year experience in leading and building team; Having wide IT and HR networks/database;

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (in Vietnamese and English languages); Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and western entrepreneurial approach;

Strong sense of work accomplishment; Work under pressure and to tight deadlines;

Ability to switch to new requirements; be focused on delivery while ensuring quality;

Analytical skills and the ability to identify creative and possible solutions;

Ability to build up and maintain good relationship with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders;

Ability to work well in a team and individually;

Willingness to learn and share continuously; Creative, innovative, and strive for continuous improvement; Motivated in delivering top quality results.
