About the role
As we expand rapidly in the most dynamic and exciting Australia and New Zealand market, we are seeking two (02) self-motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our energetic team and power our outbound and expansion strategy.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Pyrmont office. As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings with potential clients. You should be comfortable with outbound calling, email outreach, digital and social selling. You do not need to be an expert in digital experience or AI, but you must have a curious mind and passion to learn this field quickly.
You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, reaching decision-makers, and starting meaningful conversations with companies that can benefit from Niteco's digital experience, AI, and technology services. You'll be paired with an Enterprise Account Executive, working closely as a team to hit goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead our new AI outbound initiatives
- Prospect and identify target accounts across key industries
- Conduct outbound calling to engage potential clients and generate new opportunities
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with relevant decision-makers
- Manage outreach activity, leads, and follow-up in HubSpot
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns, follow-up, and lead nurturing
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting targets
What we're looking for

- Confidence and comfort with outbound calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Be a graduate or early stages of your career, with a thirst to grow with the organization
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital, tech, or agency environment
- Willing to work from the office full-time (this is where the mentoring happens)
- Experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Experience using HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is desirable but not essential
- Experience selling agency services, digital solutions, SaaS, MarTech, eCommerce, CMS, or related services is desirable but not essential
