Training & KPI Coordinator




The Training & KPI Coordinator will coordinate and implement Training Activities to meet the expectations from individuals and the business needs. A part of the job is to support Succession Planning for human source strategy, and to coordinate KPI system as required by the Policy under the provision and guidance of the Management.


Training Activities

  • Collect and analyze the training needs of employees; Prepare training and development plan and respective budget; 

  • Implement training activities including logistic support;  

  • Conduct orientation training sessions for new employees;

  • Manage training materials, database, reports, training historical reports, etc.;

  • Manage Training Policy & Procedures; Support the Management to improve/ design/ update/ revise frameworks/ programs/ projects/ policies…. relating to Training and Development.

KPI Coordination

  • Manage KPI evaluation system and perform periodic evaluation; 

  • Consolidate KPI data, information, reports and analysis;

  • Maintain KPI database properly.  

Employee relation and related tasks

  • Develop good relationship with employees via engagement activities and daily interactions. Maintain related reports of engagement activities. Keep the Management updated of the status and propose recommendation for improvement; 

  • Perform as one of the key members in organizing Company's engagement activities;

  • Actively take part in Company activities to contribute building up Niteco's culture;

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks if required.


  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource, Education, Economics, etc; 

  • One year experience working in Training functions. Experience in IT industry is an advantage; 

  • Experience with KPI or other Performance Management systems is a plus;

  • Proficiency in English communication and Microsoft Office package;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Great willingness and interest in working with people;

  • High sense of responsibility, hard working, highly ethical;

    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;

    • Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards.
