Growth and Partnerships Director for ANZ

As we expand rapidly in the most dynamic and exciting Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia market, we are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Growth and Partnerships Director to join our energetic team and contribute to our growth.
You will have the combined attributes and outbound prospecting focus of an SDR (Sales Development Representative) with the proven ability to hunt and close new logo prospects. Your goal is to grow the sales pipeline with new business opportunities, then close them to grow our revenue.
You will play a critical role driving the growth of our company by leading the conversation from lead generation to meeting creation, creating qualified opportunities all the way through to client acquisition. This role requires an entrepreneurial, self-starter with a proactive and strategic mindset. Working closely with our growth hacking and marketing teams, you will work with Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads to nurture leads, initiate meaningful conversations, arrange meetings, cultivate relationships and win new business.

The role will be hybrid working; our office is at the center of Sydney in Pyrmont. You will occasional have national and international travel opportunities.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify and qualify high-value leads through research, outreach, your own network and engagement activities.

Develop customized outreach strategies to target potential clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, or events.

Work closely with the marketing and growth hacking team to refine lead funnels and drive demand generation.

Lead conversations to uncover client needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring leads are fully qualified before arranging meetings.
Pipeline Management

Take responsibility for moving leads through the sales funnel by maintaining consistent follow-ups and nurturing relationships.

Arrange meetings with qualified prospects, creating opportunities for you to close deals.

Relentless practitioner of MEDDICC to de-risk opportunities
Client Acquisition

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Build relationships with key stakeholders during the early sales stages to facilitate conversions.

Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing new deals.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, delivery, growth hacking & marketing) to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Use client insights and market feedback to refine sales, outreach and qualification strategies and product offerings.

Support leadership in forecasting, reporting, and analyzing pipeline metrics.
Tracking and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the HubSpot CRM system.

Provide detailed reports on outreach efforts, lead status, and conversion metrics to the Country Director.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Located and eligible to work in the Sydney, Australia. Native proficiency in English.

Strong sales acumen with proven success in both lead generation and closing new accounts (5+ years preferred).

A track record in SDR roles or equivalent, combined with experience as a strategic hunter and closer.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with digital solutions such as web development, digital marketing, or e-commerce. Experience of Optimizely One products a distinct plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze client needs and align them with company offerings.
