As a Solution Architect in our Sydney team, you play a critical role in both pre and post sales. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the technical lead and owner of technical deal strategy, driving Solution Design and Architecture to help understand and clarify customer requirements across projects.

• This includes working with clients to understand and document requirements
• Collaborate with Key Account Executive to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs, and pains.
• Lead the technical implementation and day-to-day management of POCs, integrated into our customers. front and backend technology stacks - ensuring early customer success and a long-term business relationship.
• Briefing and assisting to produce requirements documents to the Niteco Development Teams
• Prove the technical feasibility of the solution to highly technical and developer audiences.
• Ensuring projects are run efficiently and delivered to ensure success.
• Stay on top of industry news, technology products, platforms and partners to ensure you and your team provide and maintain a deep industry and ecosystem expertise.
• Keep abreast and pro-actively provide recommendation of innovative or appropriate digital solutions for our clients
• Being a trusted advisor to our clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5+ years of Solution Architecture Experience.
• Experience in taking an active governance role or leading .net CMS or Commerce development projects, ideally having worked on EPiServer CMS / Commerce or similar platforms
• Documented experience coding with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• Documented experience in EPiServer b2b Commerce, b2c Commerce, Optimizely Web, Optimizely Full Stack or similar platforms.
• Demonstrate functional knowledge of web and mobile application architecture.
• World class presentation skills. You feel comfortable leading presentations and demos of our platform to large groups, both technical and non-technical. In-person and virtually.
• Excellent communication skills. You can easily relate complicated concepts to non-technical people, while maintaining the ability to speak to highly technical people.
• Experience in writing technical documentation & acceptance criteria
• Strong organizational skills, be self-motivated and be keen to grow within an engaged team environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to conduct presentations and run technical workshops
