We stepped in to architect and deliver a cutting-edge solution built on Adobe Commerce, creating a seamless, scalable and AI-powered foundation for growth. 

The new platform unified Briscoes' entire digital operation. We implemented a robust system that provided a 360-degree view of orders, real-time inventory tracking and powerful reporting tools. This eliminated data silos and manual workarounds, allowing the Briscoe's team to focus on what they do best: serving their customers. The integration of Klevu's AI-powered search and Adobe Commerce product recommendations also transformed the shopping experience, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they need. 

One of the most innovative aspects of the project was the integration of a 'drop-ship' marketplace using Marketplacer. This allows Briscoes to expand its product range without increasing inventory costs, giving suppliers direct access to manage their own products and orders. This not only streamlines operations but also creates a more dynamic and attractive offering for customers.
