We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales growth by generating leads and supporting our sales team in key markets such as the UK, the US, Australia, the Nordics, and Southeast Asia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibilities of the Business Development Executive include

  • As part of the team, implement prospecting strategies to identify and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Utilize lead generation campaigns across multi channels (email, linkedin, event ..) to convert potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities in key regions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Niteco's products and services to effectively communicate with prospects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

  • A bachelors degree
  • Excellent written and oral English proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving nature
  • Sales-driven and can-do attitude

Nice to have:

  • Tech Savvy passion in software, tech and excited to learn new software
  • Experience in growth hacking is a plus!
  • Desire to be in a software sales (full cycle) position as a career progression
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
