Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our email marketing efforts, someone who understands brand values and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates the traditional craft of email. If you love designing impactful visuals and enjoy collaborating closely with both internal teams at Niteco and the brand team at one of the valuable partners of Niteco, this role is for you.

For this particular opening, the selected candidate will be engaged to be a Graphic Designer for one of the valuable partners of Niteco. The assignment is currently estimated for a period of 6 months starting from August 2025. We will keep successful candidates posted of further development beyond February 2026.

• Design email campaigns, bespoke email layouts and visual concepts for high-visibility or unique campaigns
• Create banners and visual assets for emails for stakeholders as requested
• Initiate an internal QA process at Niteco to review and refine email designs before deployment.
• Collaborate with internal designers to understand and apply brand guidelines consistently.
• Receive training and guidance from the internal design team to align with brand standards and elevate design quality.
• Provide recommendations to improve visual impact, layout structure, or template usage based on design best practices.
• Ensure all emails are visually compelling, responsive, and optimized across devices.
• Support the email team with creative input during campaign planning and execution.
• Bonus skills: Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
• Manage and archive files to ensure secure storage and easy access.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related undergraduate programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and oral English proficiency
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across digital and print media.
• In-depth knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Outstanding creativity and technical skills.
• Enthusiastic, well organized, a self-starter and detail-oriented.
