We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who run end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital platforms (CMS, eCommerce, enterprise web) from discovery to delivery. You will use GenAI responsibly to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, rapid prototyping, and design system output—while maintaining strong human design judgment, validation discipline, and delivery quality.

You will also lead rapid prototype-based alignment (Figma and/or AI-assisted workflows) to align stakeholders early and reduce delivery rework. This is a senior individual-contributor role with expectations to mentor teammates and help standardize effective ways of working with high scalability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Discovery to UX Direction (structured + AI-assisted)

  • Facilitate focused discovery workshops (desktop + mobile) to capture goals, constraints, stakeholder expectations, and reference inspirations
  • Translate inputs into clear UX direction: key journeys, flows, IA/sitemap, and content structure
  • Use AI to accelerate synthesis (from notes to themes/risks/decisions) with human verification and clear decision logs.

2) Research, CRO mindset, and validation

  • Plan and conduct appropriate research: stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, heuristic reviews, lightweight usability tests
  • Partner with Analytics/CRO teammates to use data (where available) to shape design
    priorities and test hypotheses
  • Stay updated with latest UX UI trends and recommend best-fit patterns for high- impact flows (lead gen, PLP/PDP, checkout, forms), with rationale tied to business goals—not trends

3) Rapid prototyping for stakeholder alignment

  • Drive rapid prototype-based alignment using AI-assisted prototyping workflows (e.g., v0)
  • Ensure fast validation of template direction, responsive behavior, key interaction patterns, and usability assumptions
  • Package outputs for handoff: approved prototype links, design intent notes, and clear what's in and what's out decisions

4) UI design & Design System execution

  • Produce high-quality UI deliverables in Figma: responsive templates, components, variants, states, and interaction specs
  • Build, extend, and maintain design system foundations (tokens, layout rules, component inventory) to support consistent and scalable delivery
  • Ensure designs reflect accessibility and UX best practices (visual hierarchy, contrast, typography, responsive behavior, and navigation expectations)

5) Delivery collaboration

  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and PMs and other stakeholders to ensure design outputs are feasible, clear, and ready for dev implementation
  • Support sprint delivery with clear annotations, acceptance-criteria thinking, and structured feedback loops to reduce ambiguity and rework

6) Responsible AI usage & team scaling

  • Use approved AI tools, select the right AI models for assigned tasks and jobs
  • Manage the AI-assisted outputs critically: verify quality and feasibility, iterate refinements, clarify document assumptions and constraints to avoid unvalidated results
  • Follow AI governance: protect client data, avoid unlicensed/copyright risks, document
    assumptions
  • Share best practices: prompt patterns, reusable templates, example workflows;
    contribute to team standards.

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Workshop outputs: goals, target users and behavior, constraints, priorities, decision log, risks and assumptions
  • Research outputs (as applicable): findings summaries, competitor reviews, usability insights, recommendations
  • UX artifacts: journeys/flows, IA/sitemap, wireframes (as needed)
  • AI-powered rapid prototypes and stakeholder-aligned template direction
  • Figma UI deliverables: responsive templates, components, variants, states, interaction notes
  • Design system essentials: tokens, component inventory, responsive rules, reusable patterns
  • Dev-ready handoffs: design intent notes, edge cases, accessibility guidance, exceptions (if applicable).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have

  • 5+ years in UX/UI or product design for complex digital products (e.g., CMS/eCommerce/enterprise web)
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work from discovery and research through flows, prototyping, UI design, and delivery support
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into practical and high-quality UX/UI solutions
  • Strong knowledge of modern UI/UX trends and the ability to apply proven templates/patterns appropriately (not trend-following without rationale)
  • Strong Figma proficiency (components, variants, libraries) and dev-ready handoff preparations
  • Experience collaborating effectively with developers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams in project-based or sprint-based delivery environments
  • Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility fundamentals, and design systems
  • GenAI expectation:
o Practical experience using AI in daily design works (research synthesis, ideation, prototyping acceleration, design system/token assistance, improving handoff quality)
o Ability to show real examples of where AI was used, how outputs were validated, and how final design decisions were made.
o Use AI responsibly to ensure confidentiality, privacy, security, reliability, and IP/copyright considerations.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Experimentation experience (A/B testing, usability testing, analytics-informed iteration)
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and geo-distributed teams

50% - UX/UI & Product Design Excellence

  • Quality of end-to-end UX thinking (research, journeys, flows, IA)
  • UI craft and consistency (visual hierarchy, layout, responsive behavior)
  • Design systems maturity (components, tokens, scalability)
  • Accessibility-by-default and dev-ready handoff quality

30% - AI Skills (Practical + Responsible)

  • Uses AI to meaningfully reduce cycle time while improving clarity/coverage
  • Strong verification discipline (accuracy, feasibility, consistency with constraints)
  • AI governance mindset (privacy/security, IP/copyright awareness, safe sharing)
  • Can operationalize AI for personal productivity (repeatable workflows/templates/prompt library)

20% - English Communication & Workshops

  • Facilitates workshops confidently (structure, timeboxing, decision-making)

  • High-quality written English: concise documentation, professional stakeholder updates.
