NorthShore Care Supply set out to evolve into a dominant D2C player in the health and personal care sector. With increasing demand from both individual consumers and businesses, the brand needed a scalable digital foundation that could serve both channels, deliver a seamless customer experience and support future innovation. 

We worked with NorthShore across three major workstreams to deliver and elevate their digital ecosystem. Each initiative targeted a critical part of their ecommerce strategy, from consumer experience to backend efficiency and data intelligence. 

Upgrading B2C storefront 

We upgraded NorthShore’s website Optimizely CMS and Commerce platforms, delivering a faster, more intuitive, and mobile-optimized experience. With improved customer experience, better performance and advanced content control, the brand now has the agility to scale, and refine their direct-to-consumer efforts with confidence. 

Upgrading B2B portal 

To mirror the B2C channel, we upgraded the B2B portal too. The result is a streamlined and user-friendly, fast loading website with brand consistency across channels. 

Enabling data-driven decisions 

We implemented a robust behavioral data tracking framework across all digital properties. From granular product engagement to conversion path analysis, the new insights empower NorthShore’s teams to make faster, more informed marketing and merchandising decisions at every level.
