Reaching a 15-year milestone is a significant achievement for any organization. For Niteco, it represents a decade and a half of continuous growth, technological advancement, and the collective efforts of hundreds of dedicated individuals around the world.
A decade and a half are no small feat, and it deserves more than a simple toast in the office. It deserves a celebration worthy of every person who has shaped our story. That’s why for this year celebration, we chose Phu Quoc, one of Vietnam’s most stunning coastal destinations.
And what unfolded over those days was not just a company trip, but a heartfelt reminder of why this team continues to thrive year after year.
Beach Olympics: Where Teamwork Met Playfulness
The sound of crashing waves, warm sunshine, and the excitement of being together set the perfect stage for our first adventure.
We split into teams and dove straight into a series of fast-paced, sand-filled challenges. From relay races to coordination games that had us laughing till our sides hurt, the beach turned into our own lively playground.
More than the competition, it was the cheering, the high-fives, and the unfiltered joy that made this activity unforgettable. It reminded us that the same spirit fueling these games: trust, collaboration, and a willingness to have fun, exactly what’s carried us through 15 years of success.

The event also celebrated excellence through a showcase of 11 outstanding projects of 2025, followed by an inspiring awards ceremony recognizing exceptional individuals and teams. The pride, energy, and gratitude in the room reflected not only achievements already made, but the ambitious vision guiding us forward.
Gala Dinner: Warm Gathering, Genuine Fun & a “Fire” Finale
The Gala Dinner was where emotions settled and then rose again in the best way possible.
From the heartwarming moment when the entire Niteco family blew out the birthday candles together, to the Niteco gameshow that had everyone laughing nonstop, the evening carried a warm, familiar energy only a close-knit team can share.
And of course, in true Niteco style, the night didn’t end there. The final stop was a high-energy party at the club, where music, lights, and unstoppable smiles turned the dance floor into the perfect closing chapter. It was pure “work hard – play harder,” just the way we do it.
