Niteco is honored to be named one of the Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2026 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture with more than 30 years of research and expertise. This marks the first time Niteco has been included in this prestigious national ranking, an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to building a high-trust, high-performance workplace.
On May 26 in Ho Chi Minh City, Great Place To Work® hosted the official Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2026 award ceremony under the theme “The new business as usual”. This year’s ranking recognizes 35 companies nationwide that are redefining business success through trust, innovation, and people-centered leadership. Niteco was represented by Ms. Le Minh Huong, Director of People & Culture, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Vy, HR Business Partner, who attended the event and received the award on behalf of the company.

This year’s ranking was determined based on nearly 75,000 confidential survey responses, representing more than 111,000 employees nationwide. The results were measured through Great Place To Work’s globally recognized Trust Index™, the international standard for assessing workplace culture and employee experience.
With a 91.5% participation rate in the survey, Nitecans showed up and shared their honest experiences.
