Career Achievement Announcement: An event of pride and celebration

Niteco is proud to announce the launch of a new event, the Career Achievement Announcement, dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the milestones of our employees as they advance to higher roles within the Company. The event serves as a platform to honour the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our talented team members who have shown exceptional performance and commitment to their professional growth.

Huong - Director of Peole and Culture - hosted the ceremony

The event was held in April, after the performance review of Niteco, where each employee and manager get to engage in meaningful conversations to understand employee's motivations, aspirations, and needs.

Thanh - a member of the HCMC team - got promoted to junior tech lead

Unlike any other year, where the event was held within each division. This year, and moving forward, Niteco aimed to scale it up by celebrating with the whole Company to show our recognition toward employees and foster a sense of belonging and appreciation.

The event saw a gathering of employees, managers, and colleagues. Accomplishments, growth stories, and the impact employees have made were highlighted. The Management team was also there to motivate others to strive for excellence. There was also time for connecting with colleagues because Niteco believes networking creates collaboration and knowledge sharing.
