Niteco marks its 13th Anniversary with a celebration and brand-new awards

Niteco officially turned 13 years old on December 3rd, 2023. But it was not until December 9th that we were able to throw a full-day birthday event where we reflected on the lessons we learned over the past year and celebrated our successes while sneaking a peek at a future brimming with possibilities.

Niteco's 13th Anniversary was a chance for every Nitecan to look back with pride and look forward to the future with anticipation and excitement. The day started as Niteco’s CEO Pelle Niklasson took the employees gathered at the Pullman Hotel in Hanoi on a retrospective of the company’s greatest achievements of 2023. Members of the company leadership then took the stage to present the corporate goals for next year, the new opportunities those would bring along, and how to conquer the emerging challenges: by embracing innovation, championing collaboration, and always putting the customer first.

Project Awards & Employee Awards

For the first time ever at an anniversary event, Niteco held not one, but two awards ceremonies, starting with the newly introduced Project Awards. They aim to celebrate the teams that have developed and launched successful products or services, making them the driving force behind Niteco’s ongoing success.

The 18 most outstanding projects were given a chance to present to a judges’ panel ahead of the Anniversary event, with the judges selecting the 10 best projects to be presented at the Anniversary itself. Each team proudly presented their accomplishments, offering a glimpse into the dedication and creativity that led to the huge impact they had on their clients’ businesses. The audience eagerly soaked up the knowledge shared by the successful teams, and the air buzzed with inspiration.

Alongside the Project Awards, Niteco also held an Employee Awards ceremony for the first time ever. This award evolved from our desire to recognize and give credit to employees who contribute to Niteco's success and inspire people around them with their hard work and dedication.

The day event wrapped up as Nitecans spent the day reflecting on Niteco's achievements over the past year, sharing their vision for the future, and recognizing the contributions of Nitecans.

As the evening sun dipped below the horizon, Nitecans shifted to Legend Beer - where all the fun began! Each team took turns showcasing their hidden talents, transforming the space into a stage for laughter and revelry. Hilarious skits gave way to energetic dance routines, with colleagues cheering each other on and forming unforgettable memories.
