The Journey of NICEF: A Decade of Giving, Growing, and Changing Lives
In 2014, when Niteco was still writing its early chapters, we made a decision that would shape not just our culture, but our purpose: we founded NICEF - the Niteco Charity Engagement Foundation.
It started small with a few passionate colleagues and a shared belief that we could do more than deliver great technology: we could deliver hope. With that spirit, NICEF began its journey.
From Humble Beginnings to a Life-Changing Impact
Over the years, NICEF didn’t just grow, it evolved. What began as a simple initiative soon became a shared mission across our entire company. Every year, more Nitecans stepped in. More partners supported us. More communities were reached.
And today, we stand proud of what this collective heart has achieved. In 2025, NICEF officially surpassed 170,000 USD in total funds raised.
That number represents far more than donations. It stands for:
- Children receiving life-changing surgeries
- Families getting access to basic necessities
- Students going to school with proper supplies
- Homes rebuilt after hardship
- Entire communities given renewed hope

NICEF has never been about grand gestures. It’s about consistency. For more than a decade, our team has shown up: volunteering time, donating, organizing fundraisers, and reaching out to those who need support the most.
Behind every milestone are Nitecans who quietly but passionately give a part of themselves: time, effort, money, etc, to make someone else’s life better. It’s the kind of kindness that doesn’t make noise but makes a difference.
Reaching 170,000 USD is a milestone worth celebrating, but it’s not a finish line. If anything, it reminds us how much more we can do together.
As Niteco continues to grow, NICEF grows with us, expanding our reach, our capacity, and our impact. Our foundation will keep doing what it was created for: turning compassion into action, and action into lasting change.
