Immerse in endless fun at Phu Quoc with Niteco's 12th-anniversary trip

In Hanoi these days, it suddenly became cold. The wind blew through every corner of the street. In Saigon, on the contrary, the last days of November became extremely hot and sunny. The weather in the two regions right now is so different! But in general, it is still annoying for anyone who has to go out. On the morning of December 2, all Nitecans from the North and South flew into Phu Quoc as scheduled. Phu Quoc knows how to please people. The sun was shining to welcome all Niteco's employees.

Arriving quite early, the whole group had time to visit Dinh Cau and Dinh Ba - two extremely famous spiritual destinations of Phu Quoc, before stopping at an excellent sea-view restaurant named "Hello."

After eating, the group moved to the 5 * Pullman luxury beachside resort to rest and prepare for the fun team-building in the afternoon.

And the first fun part officially began. All Nitecans, many of whom met for the first time, quickly joined the beat, continued to play to the fullest, and laughed cheerfully together.

After playing enthusiastically with the entertaining games of team-building, many people continued to choose other free activities such as swimming or kayaking. Under the shadow of the sunset on the sea, the scene was so pleasing😊

In the evening, Nitecans dined at a local restaurant and had the opportunity to visit the Phu Quoc night market later. At the end of the first day in Phu Quoc, everyone nodded in unison, "tired but delighted😊."

The second day started with a significant summary conference, and it was time to reflect on the past 12 years and the upcoming vision of Niteco.

The conference was intriguing, with deep insights into the activities and results of each division presented by its head.

Interspersed with presentations were exciting games with attractive and valuable gifts, such as two pairs of Airpods 3 pro.

At the end of the conference was a voting time for all Nitecans to select the best team's presentation. Choosing the winner was difficult because every presentation was very appealing. And the overall results for the first, second, and third prizes were HCMC, Odin, and Marketing department, respectively.

The second day's highlight was not only the conference but also the "bar night" right on the rooftop of Pullman hotel.

In addition to enjoying live music and refined drinks, Nitecan also had a chance to watch a unique fire dance performance from foreign dancers. Everyone had to gasp, unceasingly admiring the exceptional performance they saw for the first time.

The bar night was so hot and fun enough to end the second day of the journey in Phu Quoc.

The third day continued with activities at Vin wonders amusement park, with dozens of attractive games for people who are "thrill-loving." As for those who are animal lovers, they chose to visit Vinpearl Safari.

The highlight of the third day was the gala dinner called "Niteco's Got Talent," where exceptional talent competitions took place.

After a highly explosive gala night, the Nitecans returned to their rooms to rest and watch World Cup matches afterwards.

On the 4th day, after enjoying a 5-star standard buffet lunch at the hotel, all Nitecans moved to the airport, ending an enjoyable and memorable 4-day-and-3-night journey in Phu Quoc.

It's also been a few years since Nitecans from overseas offices could spend time meeting and playing together. A luxury company trip at the end of the year has partly reflected the gratitude of the Group's Board of Directors of Niteco to all the staff.
