We are seeking a dynamic Digital Experience Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our digital products while managing customer relationships through effective CRM strategies. This hybrid role combines product ownership with hands-on CRM management, ensuring seamless digital experiences and data-driven customer engagement (a combination of Digital Product Owner & CRM Specialist roles). The goal is to ensure seamless digital experiences and data-driven customer engagement.
You will be responsible for designing and executing A/B tests to improve user journeys, developing targeted campaigns, and implementing automated workflows to nurture leads and maximize conversions. A strong understanding of CRM systems is essential, as you will manage customer data, segment audiences, and leverage insights to deliver tailored experiences across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring our digital strategies deliver measurable results
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for digital products (e.g., websites, eCommerce platforms, or mobile apps). Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
- Use analytics platforms and other tools to identify areas for improvements. Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze CRM data to generate insights and report on campaign performance. Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Develop and execute CDP/CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and acquisition through channels like email marketing, SMS, website activation, etc.
- Research, plan and conduct experimentation strategy to collect data and get more insights from A/B testing.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver product enhancements on time.
- Segment customer databases to personalize communications and drive targeted marketing initiatives that resonate with specific audiences.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines to align internal and external stakeholders on deliverables over 3, 6, and 12-month periods.
- Manage meetings and team communications effectively, including scheduling, capturing meeting minutes, and translating discussions into clear action items and reference notes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Three to five years of experience in digital product management, E-commerce and user experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, UX Design, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other data platforms to drive decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key site changes/enhancements
- Hands-on experience with CRM and CDP tools and platforms (Klaviyo/Iterable/Hubspot) is a big plus
- Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, etc.) is a big plus
- Passion for building digital experiences that solve real customer and business problems while fostering long-term relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
