We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on event marketing to support both internal engagement and B2B marketing activities. This role also involves content creation for internal communication and recruitment branding, along with the ability to coordinate projects effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Event Marketing (60–70%)

Internal Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events such as employee engagement activities, company culture programs, workshops, and town halls
  • Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives

B2B Events

  • Plan and execute B2B events including seminars, webinars, client events, and industry conferences
  • Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through event marketing
  • Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up activities

Event Operations

  • Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution
  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, HR, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination
  • Ensure all events align with company branding and deliver strong participant engagement

2. Content Marketing (20%)

  • Create and manage content for internal communications, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
  • Distribute content across multiple channels including newsletters, social media, website, and internal platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging

3. Project Coordination (10–20%)

  • Support marketing projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
  • Track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure tasks are delivered on schedule
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth execution

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience in event planning and execution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in IT companies or international environments
  • Experience in organizing B2B events
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools/platforms
