Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a high-impact Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate Nitecos demand generation engine and optimise our digital growth stack. This role sits at the intersection of marketing automation, lead generation, paid media, data intelligence, and website management, with direct influence on pipeline quality and marketing ROI.

You will work across the internal marketing team, partnering closely with sales and technology teams to turn data into action and strategy into measurable outcomes. If you enjoy building scalable campaigns, optimizing funnels, and making dashboards sweat, this is your lane.

• Manage Niteco.com website, review & analyze the areas that can be improved and optimized. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to ship improvements fast
• Configure Google Tag Manager tracking and Google Analytics to track website performance
• Collaborate with developers to work on setting up GTM tags & A/B tests using Google Optimize
• Collaborate with content, design, sales, BD teams to design, execute, and continuously improve lead-generation campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.)
• Provide detailed reporting & analysis on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement, customer behavior
• Participate in building & optimize marketing automation workflows to drive lead capture, nurturing and qualification

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, marketing analytics, or marketing automation
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, SEO tools
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a strong bonus
• Critical thinking, data-driven mindset, analytical skills
• Solid understanding of conversion optimisation and performance marketing principles
• Fast-leaning, strong organizational & time management skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Vietnamese)
