Niteco Clients Report High Satisfaction

Fast-growing software development partner, Niteco has received the thumbs up from clients after more than 90 per cent of them reported a high level of satisfaction with the company’s services, according to a recent survey.

Released earlier this month, the survey revealed that over 90 per cent of clients were also content with the level of technical skills possessed by Niteco staff and more than 83 per cent were very satisfied with the way major issues and bugs were resolved. Equally, 83 per cent of clients confirmed they would ‘very likely’ or are ‘extremely likely’ to turn to Niteco for future projects, with many happy to recommend the company to others.

The findings were good news for the young company remarked Niteco’s Program Management Office Manager, Petra Sintorn. She added, “Conducting this survey was a really integral part of our quality assurance strategy. We interact with our customers on a daily basis and have long established feedback processes for every project we carry out, however it was still essential for us to seek quantitative data so that we could improve ourselves and our company performance. We, as a company, are always in pursuit of excellence.”
