Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our highly experienced Australian team and looking for a new Delivery Manager.

Role Description
Delivery Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to meet our customer needs and is responsible for customer relationships across their span of control. This role is responsible for the relationships with their customers for single geography (including global) within Niteco’s service offerings or Core Business Services (CBS) functions.
The role assists in planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects using proven methods and techniques. The role participates in overall project execution and may oversee the work of Project Managers working on various client engagements. The key responsibilities of this role include managing scope, risks, and budgets across multiple/large scale/complex projects.
The role will report to the Country Manager, ANZ (CM-ANZ) and will be responsible for driving the delivery and migration of IT Projects associated with the specific customers. You will work closely with the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) organization and the Architecture Review Board (ARB), manage supporting technology vendors, and lead the successful technology delivery for Niteco’s exceptional digital experience.
Key Accountabilities

Responsible in delivering projects across multiple customers concurrently.

Manage delivery of new projects / enhancements and BAU projects.

Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within specific service offerings or CBS function and geographic responsibilities.

Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.

Leading a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget.

Liaise with offshore project managers on daily activities and provide direction and guidance as needed.

Ensure resources are in place to fulfil the planned projects through cooperation with Resource Planners.

Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Tech leads to develop scope and budget for delivery projects.

Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.

Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities or issues and assisting with speedy resolution

Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth and customer centric.

Responsible for financial management and reporting and optimizing processes to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.

They are also expected to contribute to the wider goals of global IT Services

Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency to the CM-ANZ and leadership teams

Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability.

Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing delivery with the associated teams. This will be critical to reaching Niteco’s strategic objectives for FY22 and beyond.

Understand and ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements as agreed with the client

Coach new and current PMs on the right level of skills needed to do project planning, monitoring and adjusting, and risk assessment and management.

This is not a Service Delivery Manager role.
Experience
-
At least 5 years of project delivery and project leading experience.
-
Experience working in an offshore and distributed model.
-
Proven project management experience is essential to fulfill this role.

Experience working in an Agile environment with a good understanding of Agile practices and guidelines (Scrum / Kanban)

Hands-on experience in using Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure Devops or similar.

Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 platforms.

Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level and regional.
Education
- A degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience
Certification
-
Certifications in Project Management (preferably Prince2 / Agile CSM), Business Analysis and Project Assurance would be beneficial to performing this role

Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 would be advantageous
