Our services range from strategy, Solution Architecture, UX / Design, development expertise, analytics and continuous optimization, with expertise in CMS and e-Commerce and verticals covering retail, B2B, Health Care, Government, FMCH, F&B, Media, Finance, Insurance and Technology to name but a few.  

We support and build global leading technical solutions for over 70 global brands including Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, Westinghouse, Panasonic, De’Longhi, Braun, Kenwood, Adairs, Grant Thornton, Dun & Bradstreet, and Heineken.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our highly experienced Global team and looking for a new Head of Technology. 

As Head of Technology in our Global team, your key responsibilities will include:   

Technical leadership 

• Thought Leadership

• Coding Guidelines & Best Practice

• Leading decisions as to frameworks, Dev Ops, products & technologies 

• DevOps Frameworks

• R&D development

Sales  

• Assist in driving Pre-Sales initiatives

• Working with the Leadership Team to identify other platform opportunities 

• Keep abreast and pro-actively provide recommendations of innovative or appropriate digital solutions for our clients

• Being a trusted advisor to our clients and internal stakeholders

Strategy & Marketing 

• Thought leadership

About you

• Already have a permanent permit to live and work in Australia is a must

• Experience in taking an active governance role or leading E - Commerce & CMS development projects. 

• Ideally having worked on Episerver CMS / Commerce or similar platforms

• Experience writing technical documentation & acceptance criteria

• Strong organisational skills, be self-motivated and be keen to grow within an engaged team environment

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal and external stakeholders

• Be able to conduct presentations and run technical workshops
