JOB DESCRIPTION

Niteco is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant to be based in the Hanoi Office. The ideal candidate will have worked in a creative environment for at least three years and have a strong understanding of marketing. 

Duties are:

Marketing

  • Co-ordinate trade shows across the globe

  • Prepare materials for marketing events

  • Assist with tracking marketing activities

  • Help prepare company presentations

    • Assist with the organization of internal events such as the Niteco Anniversary

  • Manage inventory of giveaways, promotional items and marketing collateral

  • Maintain digital library and archives of marketing material

    • Manage Niteco’s social media channels 

  • Other duties as assigned by the marketing manager

Sales

  • Forward leads to SLT and the sales team

  • Support sales rep inquiries

  • Schedule sales appointments when necessary     

  • Liaise between field sales staff and marketing staff

  • Manage the CRM

  • Monitor sales reports

CEO Administrative Support

  • Book flights and manage hotel reservations as and when required

  • Respond to telephone and email queries on behalf of the CEO   

  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least three years in an administrative role for an international company

  • A degree in Administration, Marketing or similar field

  • Microsoft Windows proficiency

  • Knowledge of Asana is desired

  • Good in English, both in communication and written word

  • A team player with a can-do attitude
