Senior Delivery Manager
London
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our growing UK team. The role is a direct client/partner contact position, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of all contracted services across our programs and projects. Reporting to the Country Manager, Europe & North America (CM-EU/NA) you will be responsible for driving the delivery and migration of digital experience projects for our customers in those regions. You will work closely with our clients and partners across Europe and North America, as well as our pre-sales, marketing, development and delivery teams in Vietnam.

The role will be remote working, with occasional travel opportunities as and when it is safe to do so.
AS A SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER YOU WILL
-
Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.

Lead regular project meetings with client & partner teams.
-
Lead a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget.

Develop and nurture excellent client relationships at the executive level, while supporting the Niteco sales team in pre-sales activities and identifying new business opportunities.

Ensure customer satisfaction and overall excellence, identifying opportunities (or issues) and delivering solutions. Proactively identify risk and managing issues that could impact service delivery.

Anticipate customer demand and work with the Niteco team to ensure an appropriate supply of resources.

Ensure that contractual delivery and cost commitments are met.

Take responsibility for financial management, reporting and optimising processes.

Manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency to the CM-EU/NA and leadership team.

Manage complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them appreciate resource constraints, budgets and prioritisation.

Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise.

Hold the customer and Niteco teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability.

Apply a continuous improvement mindset to optimise the technical delivery model, strategy and implementation. Contribute to the wider goals of our global team.

Visit new and existing customers alike, to support in presentation of Niteco´s services.
ABOUT YOU
-
Located and eligible to work in the UK

Highly proficient in English
-
5+ years of project delivery and stakeholder management roles in a technology environment
-
Proven track record of delivering a collection of projects and products for a diverse customer base
-
Demonstrable experience working in an Agile environment with a good understanding of Agile practices and guidelines (Scrum / Kanban)

Hands-on experience in using Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar
-
Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project

Experience in managing delivery teams
-
Experienced in gathering client requirements and delivering concise specifications for development teams

Able to scope, plan and manage workflow across teams
-
An excellent problem solver, with the capacity to remain flexible in an agile environment

Adaptable to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
-
Strong financial and people leadership skills, with extensive experience of managing project budgets. Ability to manage risk

Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners and customers
-
Customer-centric, you initiate, build and nurture productive customer relationships with a strong customer orientation and ability to manage customer expectations

Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps

Comfortable working independently and across time zones and cultures

Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Able to build trust, manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholders. Good executive presence. Comfortable to manage expectations and communicate effectively

Drive operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process, governance and controls, acting as a gatekeeper for quality

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal and external stakeholders and experience of communicating complex technical information to a variety of audiences, e.g. in proposals and presentations

University level educated or equivalent relevant business experience, preferable with a digital agency or platform vendor.
