When Episerver Ascend in Miami Beach opens its doors on October 27th, participants from all around the globe will rush the swanky Fontainebleau Hotel for a three-day event full of technology, inspiration and new connections. But in fact, it’s only one of seven Ascend events, all of which Niteco is going to attend. Here’s why you should be at Episerver’s most prestigious events of the year.

We’re there – everywhere!

Of course, Niteco will be attending Ascend again this year. In fact, we’re going to be at all 7 events – Copenhagen, Berlin, Benelux, Miami, Stockholm, London and Helsinki. We’re looking forward to meeting many familiar faces from previous years’ events, but also plenty of new ones looking for a new Episerver partner.

With our and Episerver’s common Swedish roots, it’s only natural for us to be in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki. However, as the world’s largest Episerver Premium Partner, our customers are situated around the world – and so are we. We want to meet you wherever you may be – and that includes growth markets around the globe.

See what we’re doing!

Niteco’s own Episerver MVP Nicola Ayan and head of Design Strategy Michelle Tran will take the stage in Miami to talk about how our team uses Episerver Insight to streamline user journeys across a multitude of sites in one company’s ecosystem. Their presentation will show new ways of working with Insight to meet business objectives, so we highly recommend that you put it in your event calendar.

Also, make sure to visit us at Booth 2 in Miami Beach to chat with our CEO Pelle Niklasson, build new relationships and find out how we can help you meet your business goals.

Get inspired

Very few people are as inspiring as Episerver Ascend Miami’s keynote speaker Amy Purdy. The 39-year-old has won multiple medals in snowboarding in her career – even though an illness forced doctors to amputate both her legs at the age of 19. Purdy began snowboarding after receiving her leg prosthetics and became a phenomenon on the global snowboarding scene. She won a bronze medal in the 2014 paralympics and silver and bronze in the 2018 paralympics. She is also a three-time World Cup gold medalist.

Today, Purdy is highly sought-after as a public and motivational speaker, with her message of perseverance and hard work resonating deeply in the world of sports as well as in the world of business.

And the award goes to…

Episerver’s Web Awards – the Oscars for Episerver websites – will go global this year, with projects from all over the world eligible to enter or be nominated and awards ceremonies hosted at all 7 events. Niteco has been nominated so keep an eye out for more details!

The best thing about such public awards is that they not only show off what you can do with Episerver’s platform, they also encourage agencies to think outside the box, find new ways to solve business issues with the tools Episerver provides and inspire other agencies to take it further. Everybody wins.

Welcome to Miami

Granted, the Will Smith song is more than 20 years old at this point, but Miami’s reputation has barely changed. It’s still “the type of town I could spend a few days in”.

Actually, Episerver Ascend’s US event takes place in Miami Beach, Miami’s more resort-oriented sister city, situated on an island off the coast from its big brother. Long stretches of beach and tasty cocktails await Ascend visitors after the day’s events are done, with every evening also featuring an Ascend party. So you can be sure that your stay will not be short on entertainment.

Day of the Dead

In fact, since we’re talking about entertainment…one of those parties will be sponsored by Niteco. Tuesday’s Dia de los Muertos event is backed by our black and gold and will feature music and flavors to bring heavy limbs back to life after a long conference day.

Be prepared for some Latin influence to round off your Miami Beach experience and join us in raising the roof rather than the dead.
