“I feel really empowered here”

Moving to Niteco from another top technology firm in Hanoi was a ‘no-brainer’ for 37 year-old Hai Anh Ngo, or Alex as he’s known. The Business Analyst who once lived and worked in Melbourne, Australia, was head hunted by a Niteco recruiter because of his phenomenal talent. Now a project manager, overseeing as many as five projects, Alex confirms that his future is looking very good at Niteco.
