Renowned market research firm Gartner has for the third year in a row named Optimizely a Leader in its Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms. The prestigious report ranks providers according to their completeness of vision and ability to execute.
Gartner specifically lauded Optimizely’s rich capabilities in digital experience optimization and multivariate testing. The firm also noted that Optimizely’s pricing and packaging is simple, scalable, modular and transparent compared to competing offerings, adding, “This enables customers to start small and grow in line with their digital experience evolution.”
Gartner also underlined that Optimizely’s acquisition of Zaius’ CDP should bring new customer journey mapping capabilities, improved personalization and targeting, and actionable insights to its customers.
