Niteco Summer trip: Time to swap the office for the beach!
Day 1: The bonding begins
Away from the confines of the office, Niteco just celebrated summer with a 4-day trip to Nha Trang - home to one of the most beautiful bays in the world! This was the perfect opportunity for Nitecans to celebrate the season, relax after months of passionate working and create meaningful memories with their colleagues.
The first day was dedicated to team-building activities on the sun-kissed beach. Engaging in random dance challenges, archery, and relay beach games, Nitecans quickly shed their corporate personas and worked together to lead their teams to victory. These activities not only encouraged teamwork but also helped build mutual trust and understanding – essential ingredients for a harmonious work environment.

Day 2: Exploring Nha Trang's treasures
As the sun rose on the second day, Nitecans formed into several groups of their choice and set out to explore the town. This allowed Nitecans to immerse themselves in Nha Trang's culture, history, and local flavours. From charming islands to historical landmarks, the town unveiled its many facets. These opportunities provided employees with a chance to interact in a more relaxed setting and spark conversations beyond office-related topics.

Day 3: A Gala Evening to remember
The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the gala dinner on the beach, held on the last evening. As the attendees threw on their finest summer attire, the evening was a celebration of the hard work put in by each member of the company.
The event included music, dance, games, and a heartfelt speech from CEO Pelle Niklasson that emphasized the value of teamwork on the journey ahead. Laughter, cheers, and toasts filled the air as colleagues grew closer throughout the trip.

Day 4: Head back home
Niteco’s 4-day summer trip created countless precious moments in Nitecans' hearts. Beyond the sun, sand, and surf, the trip also led to closer friendships, renewed people’s motivation, and created shared memories that will continue to shape Niteco's journey ahead.
