Paul Tannock, Head of ANZ and Emerging Markets at Niteco, will be one of the presenters at the upcoming iMedia Online Retail Summit Australia, which will take place at the Sheraton Grand Mirage, Gold Coast, on August 8-10, 2022. The event will see 200 retailers from the ANZ region gathering for networking and keynote speeches, aiming to gain insights into the latest developments in online retail.
Paul Tannock will be joined by Nicola Ayan, Director of Technology and Growth APJ at Optimizely, as well as a representative of Electrolux. Together, they will share their experience of how Electrolux continues to adapt to an ever-changing landscape following the pandemic. Among other things, the session will dive into the challenges of Electrolux’s shift toward Direct to Consumer (D2C) sales.
In presenting alongside our partner Optimizely, the E-Commerce platform of choice, and our client Electrolux, a giant multinational home appliance manufacturer, Niteco emphasizes the importance of a close, constructive working relationship in navigating the complexities of a large E-Commerce project. The solution had to accommodate B2C, B2B, and B2E, and be applied to multiple markets across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, with an emphasis on collecting and leveraging user behavior data to optimize the digital experience and E-Commerce conversion rate.
